Ending Emotional Eating

Through this 4 Week Digital Program program, you will develop more consistency with your eating habits by becoming more in tune with your mind and body, developing mindful eating strategies, and moving into more self-compassion. You can stop feeling controlled by food and find freedom from your struggle.

INCLUDES:

  • Recorded Classes that include all of the need-to-knows:

    Class 1: The Ins and Outs of Emotional Eating, and How to Goal Set for Consistency

    Class 2: The Nutrition Need-To-Knows: Making sure you're eating enough, meal balancing + snacking strategically, meal planning and preparation as a consistency strategy

    Class 3: Mindful Eating : using hunger scale, becoming aware of unhelpful patterns,1 recorded mindfulness session/ body scan session

    Class 4: Mindset Matters: Strategies explored, reframing unhelpful thoughts, working through perfectionism, and learning self-compassion.

  • Weekly Check-ins and Goal Setting

    Although this is a group online program, you will have the opportunity to provide confidential check-ins weekly, or participate in a group discussion on what's going well for you, what your challenges are, and what your focus is week to week.

  • Community on FB for your support and accountability

    The Facebook Community is the hub of the program; all of the discussions will happen here. All of the resources will be sent by email as well to use at your own pace, and to keep. Therefore, the participation on FB not mandatory; it's simply an additional support and accountability tool.

  • Resources to go along with each week

    A Number of additional resources will be provided like: a Meal Balancing Guide, Hunger Scale, Food Journal template, Meal Planning Template, Feelings Wheel, Reframing Helpful Thoughts Guide, Mindfulness Guide, Reflection Questions, and more!
